The article deals with the psychological and pedagogical support of children's and teenager's self-development in the context of solving the individual self-development problem, acting as one of the leaders in the context of the globalization of modern education. The article deals with the psychological and pedagogical support of children's and teenager's self-development in the context of solving the self-development problem of the individual. This context is one of the leaders in the context of the globalization tasks of modern education. The limits and frameworks (pedagogical resources) of the additional education of children and teenagers in the self-development of the individual and the realization of pedagogical ideas of Russian and world scientists are shown. The appeal to these limits and their investigation acquires particular relevance in globalization processes of education.
