Road accidents are increased in India. The increase in a number of vehicles and appreciable change in the road infrastructure is also believed as a reason for most accidents. The advent of technology has also increased the traffic hazards and the road accidents happen routinely leads to colossal loss of life and property. At unexpected state, the accident may occur. If an accident occurs unexpectedly the message is not properly indicated to the ambulance services. This problem is overcome by smart phones having GPS and inbuilt impact sensor. The sensor automatically detects a vehicular accident and gives an alert to the police, emergency medical services and concerned authorities. It transmits vehicle id, number of passengers and geographical location to concerned authorities. The alert may be an audio message like MMS or a text message like SMS. Before reaching to hospital in an ambulance the device have to check out the location which hospital is near and communication is established between hospital and ambulance service. In hospital, emergency medical service, patient's heartbeat and pressure, etc. are monitored using raspberry pi3 or Arduino.
