This paper proposes a two channel miniaturized Ka waveband Rx RF front-end module with the function of down conversion. The receive transmission channel is composed of a small quantity of MMIC: SP3T switch, LNA, mixer integrated RF LNA and LO LNA, frequency doubler to achieve miniaturization. MEMS band pass filter is used to realize good performance and miniaturization also. The two receive channel share one calibration channel. Local oscillator signal is amplified, four frequency doubled and divided to mixer of two channel. The R module use MCM technology. The Bare chip is encapsulate in a airtight box. To ensure of air tightness, RF connector of the box is airtight glass bead. Wave-guide isolator and wave-guide to micro-trip converter are mechanical connect with the platform of the box. Extreme narrow(at least 3mm) cavity structure enhance isolation. Interlude glass bead from bottom electrical source PCB feed top Rogers 5880 board to supply power and control signals. Noise coefficient is 4.5dB and isolation between channels is less than 60dB.
