Necessary conditions for closedness of the technology set in dynamical Leontief model

We investigate some properties of the technology set in open dynamical Leontief model with continuous time. The model under consideration is treated as a linear dynamical control system, where the input is the non-productive consumption function, which takes values from a convex closed finitely generated cone.
