The model of distributed power amplifier, built on field-effect transistors of model MRF 9045, is presented. AM -AM characteristic and AM - PM characteristic investigated on the basis of this amplifier circuit are presented. The construction of a distributed power amplifier circuit for simplified modeling of parametric nonlinear distortion is discussed. Simplified models of this type of amplifiers for the HF and UHF ranges are given. In a simplified model for the HF range, the parametric capacitances are built on the basis of the capacitance-voltage characteristics on the field-effect transistor of model BLF 278. In the simplified model for the UHF range, the parametric capacitances are built on the basis of the capacitance-voltage characteristics on the field-effect transistor of model MRF 9045. The features of constructing a simplified model of a distributed gain amplifier are discussed. On the basis of simplified models of parametric nonlinear distortion amplifiers, several cases of the influence of parametric capacitances are investigated such as: the influence of the input parametric capacitance, as well as the influence of the output parametric capacitance. The result of the research is the amplitude and phase-amplitude characteristics. The reasons for parametric nonlinear distortions and methods of their linearization are discussed. Further research tasks are presented.
