All-solid-state lithium batteries have attracted much attention for their high energy density and high safety performance. Many researchers have investigated and developed the all-solid-state lithium ion batteries based on the inorganic solid electrolytes [1]. Herein, MoSe2 was selected for the aliovalent substitution of Li7P3S11 structure to obtain different Li7+xP3-xMoxS11-2xSe2x (x = 0, 0.03, 0.05, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3) electrolyte materials with high ionic conductivities. Meanwhile, the stability with lithium metal and the electrochemical window of the prepared solid electrolytes were also characterized. In addition, all-solid-state lithium batteries based on the Li7+xP3-xMoxS11-2xSe2x solid electrolyte S@PPy cathode and Li-In anode were assembled and their electrochemical performances were tested.
