摘要

Wnt/β-catenin pathway is one of the signaling pathways that control normal cell proliferation. Over-activation of this signaling is known to cause a colorectal cancer. Thus, organic molecules which can inhibit this signaling, are expected to be potential candidates as an anti-cancer drug against colorectal cancer.
