Controlling morphology and composition of lead halide perovskites (e.g., CH3NH3PbI3) are so critical to developing high-performance perovskite solar cells. We demonstrate a serial of additive especially volatile Cl assisted controllable growth methods to fabricating high quality CH3NH3PbX3 (x=Br, I).
