In the process of gentrification in a power plant, the direction of cold air duct is needed to change for space reasons. To control modified duct resistance value, to ensure the air duct field stability and the high temperature air preheated thermal transfer capability, CFD model which can describe its complex flow was constructed by using the Euler-Euler Double Fluid Model. Denitration reform design is completed and put into operation according to the calculation results, and then the optimal layout of the diversion plate is determined. The actual resistance value and flow field distribution and the simulation results are in good agreement after denitration reconstruction putting into operation.
