摘要

Vibration analysis is a common method for accuracy monitoring of the motorized spindle. However, vibration signal acquired in factory contains lots of noise, not only high-frequency noise, which is generated by bearings and motor, but also low-frequency factory noise. This paper used wavelet packet decomposition method for denoising. Both the simulation and the experiment proved that the proposed method can effectively improve the denoising quality.
