In this report we consider the origin of the magnetic moment and the magnetic field of rotating bodies which are arising from charges separation and associated with the Lorentz force. Mechanisms of charge separation in a dielectric body made of atoms (molecules) with compensated magnetic moments are investigated. We examined bodies with a non-polar dielectrics polar dielectrics, as well as containing mobile charge carriers (plasma layers). The mechanism of charge separation due to rotation is similar to the charge separation in the Hall's effect and the emergence of a Hall's electromotive force (EMF). The results are used to explain the magnetic field of the Earth.
