摘要

According to numerical simulation to get thermal performance for radiator with different numbers of tube rows 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. Through the numerical simulation of uni-directional fluid-structure coupling by ANSYS Workbench platform, the heat transfer coefficient, air-side outlet temperature and air pressure drop are obtained. When the numbers of tube rows are two, three, and four, they can match the demand of cooling performance for the diesel engines well, when the numbers of tube rows increases to five or six rows, they can not meet the cooling performance of diesel engines. Finally, the rules of heat transfer and flow resistance characteristics of radiator with different numbers of tube rows are compared, to provide basis design for a radiator product of engineering machinery.
