The effect of electron beam on electron-cyclotron waves with parallel AC field in Jovian magnetosphere

Study of low frequency emission waves in the Jupiter's magnetosphere reveals the information about its unique features and these features have influences on Jupiter's structure and its dynamics. The calculations have been done to explain the radio emissions observed in the Jovian magnetosphere by wave-particle interaction mechanism between the electron-cyclotron waves propagating oblique to the Jupiter's magnetic field lines. The dispersion relation has been fully derived by the method of characteristic solutions and kinetic approach has been used to derive growth rate in detail for oblique propagating EMEC waves for ring distribution in the presence of parallel AC electric field in anisotropic plasma at 17 RJ. In this paper, variation of various plasma parameters like AC frequency, temperature anisotropy, relativistic factor etc., have been discussed. Effect on growth rate by varying these plasma parameters has been studied.
