Large single crystals of Sodium D-isoacsorbate monohydrate and Lithium L-ascorbate dehydrate were grown using solution growth technique. Dielectric constant and dielectric loss were monitored as a function of frequency at different temperatures. These are typically characterized by strong resonance peaks. The piezoelectric coefficients d_(31), elastic coefficient (S_(11)) and electromechanical coupling coefficient (k_(31)) were estimated by resonance-antiresonance method. The temperature dependence of the resonance-peaks frequencies was studied.
