The selection and implementation of safeguards measurements across the nuclear fuel cycle presents a complicated, multi-variate problem with no single solution. The SafeGuards Analysis (SGA) toolbox, in conjunction with targeted operations research techniques, can provide insight into the optimal selection and placement of safeguards measurement devices, as well as valuable information to guide future research and development efforts.
