To provide a condition-adapting method for machining simulation by a machine tool.SOLUTION: A condition-adapting method for machining simulation has a step of accepting a setting condition for a machine tool upon carrying out a prescribed machining content, a step of computing a first machining result that is a machining result assumed for the case of performing machining by the machine tool under the setting condition accepted, a step of acquiring a second machining result that is a machining result for the case of performing machining by the machine tool under the setting condition accepted, and a step of evaluating a coincidence between the first machining result and the second machining result.
