TD-LTE, the 4th generation mobile communication technology, with the advantages of spectrum utilization and asymmetric transmission, now is popular with the power private network builders. However, it is difficult to construct TD-LTE private network because of the scarce spectrum resource and the high loan cost. In this paper, we will take China power industry for example to explore the construction of a TD-LTE power private network by using the VHF resource, and also will carry on a simulation to analyze the performance of the Distribution and Utilization Information Acquisition Private Network, in order to provide references for the construction of TD-LTE power private network.
