Intaglio printing press intelligent drying system design based on WinCE

摘要

Intaglio printing press drying control system has a great influence on the quality of printed matter and energy consumption, the general drying system of Intaglio printing press use PLC or industrial computer, its cost perfor mance is usually lower. In this paper, design a drying system based on WinCE control, its use Visual Studio 2005 developed a fuzzy adaptive PID intelligent control procedures, and designed a user-friendly interface, also put forward good advice to the stability of the system. This not only reduces the cost of production system and design difficulty, also solves the problem such as the energy waste, drying effect instability.
