Innovation of the Three Gorges financing management system

摘要

The Three Gorges Project is the world's largest water conservancy project, forming the unique financing management system in the process of construction and operation of the project. This paper reviews the financing management system of the traditional water conservancy and hydropower project from a historical comparative perspective and emphasizes the innovation of the financing management system of the Three Gorges Project from the combination of domestic financing, foreign financing, long-term capital, short-term capital, debt financing, and equity financing aspect.
