Effect of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis powder for external application in mice of sprain and contusion model

摘要

Objective: To observe the effects of Gardenia powder on the mice of sprain and contusion model. Methods: The external force to hit the right hind leg which caused blood stasis model of sprain and contusion in mice, local application of high, low dose of Gardenia powder with vinegar to trauma mice. Results: Local application of high, low dose of Gardenia powder with vinegar can significantly reduce the blued area of the sprain and contusion mice model, reduce the absorbance of leaching liquid of Evans blue. Conclusion: Local application of Gardenia powder with vinegar has a good improved on the sprain and contusion mice model.
