With the trend of global competition, in order to respond effectively to market demand, modern port should pay more attention to attract customers by high-quality service. Study on the port competitiveness evaluation based on the customer perspective can improve the port service level and competitive ability. This paper establishes the port competitiveness evaluation index system which covers the aspects of port natural and economic condition, infrastructure construction, service environment, and service flexibility. And, the evaluation model has been built based on fuzzy entropy theory, and a case study is provided to verify the model. It aims to provide a reference support for port enterprise decision-maker.
