摘要

This paper presents a system partition method based on modular theory which has been applied to multiple units (MU) reliability modeling. As for this method, basic properties of components of MU, such as function, structure and so on, are considered, relevant relations among components are definite and a comprehensive relation matrix is acquired through analytic hierarchy process, and a mathematical system clustering model is established. Additionally, it also provides system partition results applicable to reliability analysis of MU by population genetic algorithm and MATLAB simulating calculation and verified the feasibility and effectiveness of this algorithm according to sensitivity analysis.
