Achieving ADPCM speech decoding algorithm based on FPGA technology. Firstly sampled voice signal is to be adaptive differential pulse code, then encoded speech signal is decoded using FPGA technology, and decoded voice signal is digitally synthesized combining with pulse code modulation techniques (PWM). Voice signal becomes digital signal after decoding, and it is converted into a pulse code modulation wave to driver synthetic speech signal horn.
