The agricultural climate division is a regional space classification according to the specific requirements of agriculture on the climate, which could clarify the relationship between climate and agricultural production. Accumulated temperature is one of the important agricultural climate indexes of agricultural climate division, and changes of activities lead to fluctuations in the global climate. Agricultural climate division needs to adjust according to the new active accumulated temperature standard in order to improve the agricultural production and utilize agricultural resources reasonably. In this paper, SPSS is used to obtain regression analysis and time and space change of 1960-2008 by active accumulated temperature ≥ 10~°C. The mutation point year is recognized by an accumulative anomaly curve. Agricultural climatic division maps before and mutation are drawn and compared by GIS. Reliable basis is given for agricultural production and related problems.
