Study of the manufacturing spatial connection and network pattern evolution: A case study of Jilin Province, China

摘要

The study on the evolution of manufacturing spatial pattern is an important task of economic geography. In this paper, the improved gravity model and social network analysis method are used to evaluate the manufacturing spatial connection and network pattern in Jilin Province. The results show that the spatial connection of manufacturing in Jilin Province is at a transition stage from the "Pole-axis" spatial structure to the network pattern. The connection of the manufacturing industry in Jilin Province is strengthening, and the strong correlation areas are still concentrated in the central area, and forms a "piecewise association" network pattern.
