Study on division of work scope between hydraulic protection and water and soil conservation in gas and oil pipeline project

摘要

The work scope of hydraulic protection and water and soil conversation is blurred during the construction of current pipeline engineering projects. Concerning all the measures taken from the water and soil conversation scheme assessment to the alignment sheet design of hydraulic protection. there are duplications in quantities and investments. On the basis of different characteristics, the work scopes of 5 prevention and treatment locations are distinguished, including general pipeline sections. crossing areas, station and block valve station areas, maintenance roads, and dumping sites. Thus, the investment type is finally worked out.
