摘要

At present, human resource management in enterprises is facing more-diversified factors, and HR is required to implement corresponding mechanism innovation in daily management. As an important factor impacting employees' benefits and enterprises' developing power, incentive mechanism should be well improved in order to ensure a good and sustainable development momentum for enterprises. Analysis indicates that enterprises should take humanistic concern as a fundamental starting point. Moreover, enterprises should make use of traditional competition mechanism and high-quality performance feedback management to achieve the best function of original incentive mechanism, ensuring scientific and effective human resource management.
