On improvement of environmental public interest litigation

摘要

Environmental public interest litigation can effectively curb the increasingly serious environmental problems. However, there are still many deficiencies in the system, which restricts its role into full play. To perfect environmental public interests litigation system, we should improve its specific content, expand the scope of litigation subject and set up a reasonable burden of proof system to solve the bottleneck problems in the development of environmental courts.
