Method for the production of environmentally friendly honey in the conservation zone of the Republic of Adygea

FIELD: agriculture; beekeeping.SUBSTANCE: method is proposed for production of ecologically pure honey in conditions of protected area of Republic of Adygea, which includes selection of location of apiaries, maintenance and feeding of bee families, obtaining and storage of honey, wherein the apiaries are placed within foothill and mountain flowering zones of plants, using for bee production only beehives made from natural materials and painted with lead-free paint, when honey is produced, excess water is eliminated by placing honey in honeycombs in a room heated with warm air at temperature of 38 °C, and the cells are unsealed, removing the edges of the ceramic knife heated in hot water, after which for pumping of honey only wooden decoction or wooden press for honey is used, honey is pumped out only from store cells, excluding combs with brood, then the honey is settled in wooden container with subsequent mechanical cleaning of the upper layer and decantation from the lower layer, and the obtained natural honey is stored in a glass, wooden or imbibed ceramic container.EFFECT: invention ensures honey collecting in the conditions of the protected area of the Republic of Adygea at observance of requirements of ecological safety and leads to enhancement of nutritive value of natural honey and reduction of toxic substances content in it.1 cl, 2 tbl
