An automobile exhaust heater and control method

An automatic adjustable exhaust heater, including an engine's vent pipe, silencer, heat exchanger and pump housing, seal cavity are outside heat exchanger. Seal cavity is assembled with two pipe connectors, In the middle of pump casing, there sits a turbine fan pump driven shaft. Both ends of driven shaft is supported by magnetic floating bearings, also connected water pump. The inlet of the pump is connected to a water pipe connector using a water pipe, the outlet of pump is connected to flow valve, radiator and another pipe connectors respectively using water pipes to form a loop, flow valve is connected to electromagnetic valve assembled with control module and temperature sensor connected to control module. Exhaust can be recycled through heat exchanger, water pump, valve, radiator to provide heat to the cab, so the temperature is up in the cab. in the summer, exhaust heater will be cut off to restore the normal work of the vehicle system.
