Mechanolumineseent(ML) material emits light when crystal is distorted by stress. Research of ML stress sensors for visualizing offoree-apphed parts in real time has been carriedout by various researchers. Al based metal matrix composite are materials for aerospace and automotive industries because of its good mechanical property. However, ML are not easy to agglomerate. Metal-based composite can be a good candidate for usmg of ML powder, In this study, 3 kinds of ML composites were fabricated by using ML powders using 3DPC and evaluated mechanical property, crystal structure, microstructure, processing and ML characterization.
