Research progress on technologies and methods of strengthening NGH formation

摘要

Exploitation and development on natural gas hydrate (NGH) have been added to The Twelfth Five-Year Guideline. There is potential strategic significance and considerable economic benefits on NGH, and it can be used to natural gas transportation, desalination, CO_2 storage and other aspects, but it is key to make the NGH rapid form. This paper reports the latest research progress on technologies and methods of strengthening NGH, and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages, and makes prospects.
