The cultivation of innovation chain based on integration of innovation organizations and innovation resources

Innovation organization is a unique innovation resource. Innovation resources can work only when they are organized. The fundamental way to improve the efficiency of innovation and to promote industrialization of innovation products is to increase the integration of innovation organizations and innovation resources and to promote the cultivation of innovation chain. The integration of innovation organizations and innovation resources should stick to its purpose, internality, and openness, give full play to dynamic mechanism, transmission mechanism, cooperation mechanism, and restriction mechanism and adopt modes of government technology plan, public innovation platform, co-constructed platform, enterprise-built research and development institution, technological innovation garden, and high-tech cluster. The cultivation of innovation chain should make integration of industries as the direction, the industrial key generic technology as the emphasis, the development of cluster economy as the goal, the exploration of grass root innovation force as the key, and the development of industrial innovation ability as the basis.
