Some Assessments and Proposals for Improving the Activity of the Romanian Judiciary System

Enhancing the efficiency of the judiciary as a whole, respectively increasing the quality of justice act administration, necessarily implies the existence of an adequate legislative framework, consistent and predictable - able to ensure proper organization and functioning laws, including institutionally (skills, roles, criteria selection, appointment and promotion of the human factor in leading these institutions), solely on the basis of professional competence.
