摘要

In recent years, the communication technology has been used in medical message transmission more and more which has much contribution on informationize medical treatment with the development of medical Body Area Networks(BAN) communication concept. In order to meet the lower power and lower cost trends, The IEEE association had developed a new wireless communication standard—802.15.6 which aims at short range BAN in five years till 2012. This paper introduces an implementation of IEEE 802.15.6 baseband on Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA) which used FPGA chip XC6SLX45T of Spartan-6 serials, Radio Frequency(RF) and Digital-to Analogue Conversion(DAC) chips as the hardware platform.
