An empirical study on influential factors for real estate enterprise core competence in Western Region

摘要

Through the questionnaire survey on the real estate enterprise managers in Shanxi province, an empirical analysis is carried out by the use of the factor analysis approach based on the principal component analysis to find out the influential factors for real estate enterprise core competence in Western Region. The research shows the influential factors are property products, capital planning and management, human resource, project profit, social relations, organizational management, strategic management, market promotion, enterprise culture in accordance with the size of the influence degree to the core competence. The research result, which is of the theoretical and realistic significance, will provide directions on how to establish the core competence for the real estate enterprise in western region.
