Proper guidance to mobile phone culture on campus

College students have become more and more dependent on the mobile phone, which poses a new challenge to the training and education of college students and meanwhile puts forward a new problem to college student management. Therefore, the positive roles of mobile phone culture in ideological and Political Education deserve full exploration and it is essential to provide students proper guidance and meanwhile avoid the negative influence.
