摘要

This paper construct the theoretical framework of development strategy for the tourism consulting companies by analyzing the related theory and tourism development trend, through the field survey of related tourism consulting companies in Beijing city, research into the influence factors and the relationship between various factors about the competitive strength of Beijing tourism consulting companies. Based on the SWOT model to analyze the competitiveness of tourism consulting companies, and then put forward corresponding strategy. It provides a reference for the tourism companies to raise competitiveness.
