Based on the analysis of China's garment enterprises in the Entire E-commerce Development, this paper finds out six factors affecting the development of the garment enterprises in the Entire E-commerce Development. The main factors are traditional marketing channels, industry chain, informatization, Information encoding, business secret, professional. In addition,this paper presents the strategies of garment enterprises in the Entire E-commerce Development.
