The purpose of this paper is to study treatment of hemorrhoids and mechanism of acupuncture by combined traditional Chinese medicine meridian with modern medical cytoskeleton. Object and methods: Object: One patient who had hemorrhoids and some other chronic diseases including hyperthyroidism, cervical spondylosis, and breast fibroma for many years. Systemic acupuncture and trimming hands and feet were used to treat the patient and observed for as long as 5 years. Methods: (1) Systemic acupuncture penetrating main points including Baihui, Yintang, Quchi, Neiguan, Hegu, Zusanli, Sanyinjiao Taichong, and together with some acupoints, two to three times a week for one year long. (2) Foam the feet using pedicure basin every two or three nights, trim hands and feet (including finger nails and toenails) one to two times a week for as long as more than five years. Results: Hemorrhoids were healed completely and at the same time other diseases have greatly improved or even healed as well.
