摘要

Aim at the tendency of more and more chemical accidents occurred and affected, including toxic effects, public health effects, and so on, we need to do further studies to ensure the response to any incident is effective and comprehensive. This paper chooses a typical case, introduces the brief situation of the Chongqing Kaixian gas well blowout accident, combines the condition of emergency response disposal, analyzes, and dissects the existing problems of the emergency disposal mechanism, finally, through three aspects, which are establishing the risk assessment mechanism, strengthening emergency ability construction and expanding education and research approaches, puts forward some feasible recommendations for emergency action's improvement. This paper can provide some enlightenment for chemical accident emergency response in the future.
