The skin defect repaired by the bridge cross flaps transplant was discussed inorder to improve the operation success rate. The bridge cross flaps transplant hasa good application value in some complex, refractory wound treatment. Duringthe period of January 2008 to April 2013, 54 cases who have a large area of skindefect got well through the bridge cross flaps transplant. In this period,strengthening nursing can improve the success rate of surgery, nursing care hasvery important value for patient's rehabilitation. Preoperative care, intraoperativecare, and postoperative care were introduced in detail. Preoperative andpostoperative health education, careful design of surgical project, meticulousoperation, appropriate ward environment, psychological counseling are importantmeasures to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and achievegood surgery results.
