Administration of biological therapeutics may result in the development of an immune response in patients leading to the production of anti-drug antibodies (ADA). Even if the presence of ADA's does not necessarily generate deleterious events, it is important to verify if their occurrence correlates with potential pharmacological or toxicological observations.
