Energy and environment crisis has prompted people need to develop clean and renewable energy industry all over the world. And Dye-Sensitized Solar Cell (DSSC) has attracted much attention, because of its low cost and high theoretical efficiency comparing with silicon solar cells. The titanium dioxide film with excellent photocatalytic is an important element in the DSSC as the negative electrode. But it is difficult to be fabricated by the conventional thermal plasma spray technique, which would lead to the phase transformation of TiO_2 from anatase to rutile phase due to its high temperature. In this study, the low pressure cold spray was employed to deposit the ceramic film on the surface of glass. Ceramic materials can be fabricated by low pressure cold spray with a good coating performance and high efficiency which will not make the phase transformation happen because of its low temperature.
