摘要

In order to make further study for powering divider of herbage harvester,its mechanical model was established by ANSYS.Its stress deformation and distribution were analyzed.The results showed that choosing 6 mm tooth thickness and 430 r/min rotating speed was the best effect,deformation displacement and equivalent stress were respectively reduced by 53.5% and 54.2% compared with original dates.Based on the above analysis,the field test was done.The experiments showed that the disc upright cutter with power can realize dividing the creeping tangled herbage quickly.It can effectively reduce the harvesting loss to 0.933 percent than manual harvesting,and the productivity was the 30 times than that of manual harvesting.The transmission efficiency was up to 0.88.
