摘要

With thermogravimetric analyzer,the pyrolysis characteristics of three kinds of biomass (pine cone,corn cob and peanut shells) were studied under three heating rates (10,20 and 40 K/min).The similar pyrolysis trends were obtained for the three samples.The reaction rate was found to rise with the increase of heating rate.On the basis of thermogravimetric analysis,the kinetic analysis was performed.In this paper,the novel two-step method of model sifting was put forward to select the most reasonable mechanism model.Shrinking core model (R2,spherical symmetry) was sifted for pine cone and corn cob,random successive nucleation growth model (A1,n =1) for peanut shells.With the increase of heating rate,the activation energy was found to rise.The kinetic model expression was verified to agree well with the experimental result.
