Biomolecules monitoring methods has been studied for the management of diseases like diabetes or hyperlipidemia for several decades. In this study, we report on a novel high sensitive electrochemical thermal micro sensor based on VO_2 for an enzymatic healthcare monitoring system. In the process of biomolecule oxidation with the catalysis of enzyme, heat can be generated, which can be measured by a high sensitive thermal sensor so that the concentration of molecules solution can be calculated. A VO_2 thin film is used as a material of thermal sensor due to its high temperature coefficient of resistance of 15000 ppm/°C. The VO_x thermal microsensor is fabricated with high temperature resolution and temperature response of 0.299 mK/{the square root of}(Hz) and 4.94 mV/K, respectively. This sensor has been utilized for estimation of cholesterol in solution. The result of estimation indicates that the increasing ratio of the output signal has linearity with solution concentrations in the cases of cholesterol estimation.
