摘要

Hydroxyapatite/poly-lactic-acid (PLA) composite materials are one of the most promising candidates as the scaffold material for the bone regeneration scaffold. Previously, we tried the "hybrid" interface control using both pectin and chitosan, in order to improve the fracture properties of HAp/PLAs. As the result of the previous works, we hypothesized that the optimum interface-control ratio can realize the coexistence of higher fracture properties and higher hydrolysis properties in HAp/PLAs. In this study, the possibility to change the interface-control ratio in hybrid-interface-controlled HAp/PLA was verified. In addition, the evaluation method of controlled interface-control ration was investigated.
