High-Accuracy, Sub-μs Wavelength Switching with Thermal Drift Suppression in Tunable Distributed Amplification (TDA-) DFB Laser Array

We successfully demonstrate sub-μs wavelength switching based on current tuning with a frequency deviation of 1 GHz achieved by the large suppression of thermal frequency drift in a narrow interval tunable distributed amplification (TDA-) DFB laser array.
