摘要

In this paper, we reported the structural studies of Mn-doped and undoped ZnO Nanoparticles synthesized by simple solution combusting method. The powder XRD pattern of the Nanoparticles indicates the hexagonal wurtzite structure. The average particle size is around 100 nm which is confirmed by FE-SEM. Raman scattering of the Mn-doped and undoped ZnO show the first and second orders of polar as well as non polar modes which are the characteristic bonds of the wurtzite ZnO.
